What was the highlight of Novotel Caserta Sud Hotel
Convenient location, great service by staff. facilities are old and renovation quality low
great staff cordiality, breakfast espresso and cakes are very good
restaurant and lobby need renovation, the room I stay was the superior renovated but standard rooms are very old. The quality of renovated room is also to be improved from choice of materials and quality of installation. Power sockets unstable, paint is the bathroom get wet after shower looking very non hygienic. Management should inspect rooms periodically.

perfect fo an over night stop over, great breakfast and comfy rooms
comfortable room perfect for an overnight stay on a road trip
The view from the room was of an abandened waste land, however we arrived late in the evening and the curtains were drawn so that wasn't a problem. We were staying there for one night and we left after breakfast, so it didn't really bother me

Good
The room was very comfortable and modern. Liked the pool, all though wasn't always open when it was supposed to be.
On one day the pool was closed hours after it should have been open and front desk took forever to open when I asked politely. The location is too far from everything and the busy rd is hard to cross outside hotel. Taxis too expensive to the airport so I took bus.
